2006 Petit Le Mans

An amazing race is taking place right now in Atlanta. The one most exciting has to be between the panoz and the BMW. The race is currently being shown on Speed Channel, and boy is it exciting. For about 5 minutes, the panoz and BMW went at it back and forth, passing and re-passing. It was pretty close. The race still has quite some time to go, and as current: (5:42PM PACIFIC) the race has 18 laps to go. Up front is the usual. McNish in the Audi R10 followed by the Zytek prototype. This is the 3rd time I see this event on the television. And I must say, it gets better every year. The racing is exciting. The cars are amazing. and the tracks are historic. Right now I'm in the middle of 2 cars I really like. The Chevy Corvette C6.R and the Austin Martin DB9R. Both look amazing, both SOUND amazing, and although one is faster than the other, its only by a margin. Well the race still has a while to go so I'll post up after it finishes. RIght now Im going back to spectating. :)
